The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Mackie Cricket Club Incorporated will be held on Wednesday 17th September 2025.
The Agenda for the meeting shall be as follows:
1. Review of Agenda
2. Passing of Minutes from previous AGM
3. Presentation of Reports
4. Election of Office Bearers (see attached nomination form)

-Secretary
-Treasurer
5. Resolution
-That up to six (6) ordinary members be elected to the committee
6. Election of ordinary members (see attached nomination form)
7. Other business
We are planning to hold the meeting in person at
Bentleigh RSL
538 Centre Rd
Bentleigh VIC 3204
Meeting start 7:30pm (upstairs)
If you would like to join other members for a dinner prior to meeting at 6:30pm, please advise so we can make a suitable booking with RSL.
